We are growing quickly and are seeking a motivated and talented Assistant to Deputy General Director to further our market leadership, who will:
- Assist Deputy General Director in managing and operating the company's business activities (International Business)
- On behalf of the Deputy General Director to handle authorized affairs
- Give advice and support the General Director on the strategy of developing international business segments
- Manage, control and monitor commercial contracts
- Participate in customer meeting in case of need.
- Prepare documents, organize and follow up meetings between the Deputy General Director and the partner, departments, record the meeting minutes
- Convey the information of the Deputy General Director to the departments/units/branches and receive feedback
- Participate in domestic and international task with the international business team when required
*Experience
- From 02 to 05 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, Import-Export, International Trade field
*Skills
- Fluent in English (4 skills)
- Knowledge/experience in international trade, supply chain, logistics.
- Proficient in office informatics skills
*Qualification
- Graduated from universities in Economics and International Trade is a plus
*General requirements
- Prefer male and female candidates aged 25-35, with good appearance
- Smart, agile in communication and handling situations
- Sincere, enthusiastic, highly responsible, meticulous and confidential
- Loyal, stable and attached to work
- Persistent, patient and in the spirit of good faith
