Job Description

We are looking for HRBPs who will:

1. Employee Relation

  • Deliver employee relations activities and specific communication to employees/department in The Group
  • Consult Employee Relation Issues to HRBP of member companies

2. HR Services:

  • Provide HR Services (on boarding, career move developments, off- boarding…) for foreign labors in overseas branches of The Group;
  • Research and manage information system related to Labor Law in Overseas branches of The Group
  • Mange, Implement welfare programs in the Group (health Insurances, Life Insurance…);
  • Take part in governing and developing internal HR policies, programs & procedures in Vietnam and overseas.

3. C&B

Support C&B Team in implementing programs

4. HR Reports

- Make or validate the HR reports upon required.

5. Supervise HR Officer to ensure daily and administrative tasks.

Job Requirement

  • From 4 years of HR generalist/HRBP experience (candidates with experience in Multinational Corporations/working in overseas are preferred); Good knowledge of B2B trading/logistics/import & export is a plus;
  • Thorough understanding of HR practices/Labor Law in Vietnam; being keen on learning and researching on HR matters (candidates experienced with HR practices overseas are preferred)
  • High level of verbal and written English skills (Candidates proficient in both English and Chinese is a plus).
  • Excellent command of Word, Excel and Power Point;
  • High sense of responsibility, solution oriented / result oriented mindset;
  • Good adaptability and good ability of self-learning;
  • Good communication, negotiation and presentation skills;
  • Being careful, detail-oriented, good analysis skill.
